Whenever we are in Melbourne we are staying somewhere around the 'Paris' end of town and our absolute Number 1 go to place for great coffee and a delightful breakfast menu is Postal Hall. Just can't be beat at this end of town. With slick service and a warm fell these guys are always welcoming to us and it is our cafe away from home in Melbourne. I went in and discussed toastie options with the staff. We talked about some good options and settled on ham, cheese and tomato (with mustard). I got a piece of nice bread, with mustard spread on it, ham, melted cheese and tomato - like an open sandwich, on one piece of toast. They cut it in half for me.
