Being from the west coast, we know sushi. We visited every sushi restaurant in Memphis in order to satisfy our cravings but none could come close to Do. A perfect harmony of atmosphere, service and food. The Yellow Tail and Rainbow Roll are a must have. It took them 20 minutes for our waitress to even come to the table to take our drink order. The people next to us came 15 minutes after us and left 15 minutes before! The sushi was bland. We have had much better in other southern cities including Charleston and Savannah. They were not very busy and our waitress only had 3 2-person tables. Their selection of liquors was also lacking.
