30 mins for a burger in the drive thru. The great thing is that the person running the drive through has figured out that if they don?t take the order until the line he has cleared out it does not count against there Takt time pretty smart but very unsatisfactory from a consumer prospective. I have seen this quite a lot lately in the area and I think the management seems to be encouraged.
