Absolutely horrified by the way I was spoken to today, It seems I interrupted the ‘staffs’ discussion/slating of a customer that had just visited the store! Not a way to run a shop at all. I think management needs changing and severely disciplined. The food looked nice, but decided to go to a independent sandwich shop instead of this big chain bakery.
