I got an iced dirty chai recently and I was disappointed with it. I understand wanting to make chai to order but it is NOT suitable for iced drinks. Mine was watery and gross. Pouring hot liquids over ice kinda does that. Not to mention it didn’t taste like chai at all, just an iced latte.
