I ordered a caprese sandwich. I waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich on sliced bread (not the traditional ciabatta). I asked that the sandwich be remade on ciabatta and only then was I rudely told they were out. I asked for a baguette instead. When I finally got the second sandwich it was missing pesto as well.
