I just want to say Thank you for serving Halal food and I wanted to offer 2 small suggestions for you. 1, please use real shawarma bread instead of tortillas : and 2, use little less garlic in your recipes :D but it’s just my opinion otherwise food is great, customer service is good and truck looks awesome. Got the lamb loaded fries, lamb chops over rice, and chicken shawarma arabi style. All the meat tasted good, the chicken shawarma was our favorite! The garlic sauce is bad (as others have mentioned) almost zero garlic flavor and more of a Mayo type flavor. We did order a side of the spicy garlic sauce which was delicious so I would recommend getting that, and I wish I could sub that onto the foods that automatically... read more.
