October: the sandwiches found their splendor. the difference is subtle in photo but the baking of bread is much better. very happy to eat this Neapolitan and this authentic noon. Thank you. September: excellent bakery but I wonder what the baker is doing. I don't understand why the chopsticks (tradition) are pretty well cooked and crispy but not sandwiches.
