We are roadtrip tourists from Singapore and are delighted to taste such excellent Chinese-Carribean food! We got the fried shrimp rice with bbq ribs. What was shocking to us was that the fried rice had strong Wok Hei lingering flame of the wok thats present in only the best kitchens from where we came from.
