Terrible service. My mother can't go, so she put an online order for board pickup. Waited 30 minutes to get her food. Nobody answered the phone. She went through the ride and asked why nobody answered the phone. The exact words of this lady were that I can't do anything about it. Maybe a meeting to teach customer service is justified.
