The only reason I come here is because the barista K-Lo takes care of me like family. He makes sure to make my order how I want it and also is hilarious! This was a BAD look on you guys. I went in for a 16 oz iced coffee (six bucks) and aside from the 42 cent tax, there was an additional 90 cent gratuity that I never asked to be put on. The barista said this was their policy. Regrettably I paid for the coffee, only to be asked if I wanted to leave an additional one, two or THREE dollar tip on top of my almost $8 coffee. I get it.
