This place is 25 miles from home so I don't get here as often as I would like. In with a friend about 4 PM for some pork ribs. We sat inside because of the heat. This is the only place that I have been able to find full size ribs. BBQ restaurants are stuck on Baby Backs or Saint Louis cut ribs. They use large slabs so you get plenty of meat.
