In a comprehensive review of the restaurant, it was mentioned that the scallops were cooked perfectly but the sauce lacked aroma, and the portion of peas was small. The beet platter received praise, while the tuna poke and fries were criticized for being sparse. The smoked bluefish and avocado toast was found to be an odd combination, served with bluefish on one toast and avocado on the other. On the positive side, the menu was described as delicious and imaginative, with great service and nice little plate options. Another reviewer found the portions to be small and the menu limited on Mother's Day, while enjoying the atmosphere and the competent waiter. Some guests had a great experience and expressed a desire for the restaurant to be open for lunch, but criticized the music selection. Overall, the restaurant was praised for its cozy atmosphere and delicious dishes, but received mixed reviews on portion sizes and menu options.
