Where do we start.. lets start small.. ordered an iced coffee, no straw and made incorrectly. Ordered a buttered bagel, no butter, bagel wasnt even cut.. oh yeah THEY FORGOT AN ENTIRE BOX OF DONITS! I know making coffee is hard.. I know buttering a bagel is difficult and counting out 25 munchki must take a college degree.. this is the worst place to order from.
