Wanted to try their new chicken sandwich, Drive-thru then home. Dried out overcooked chicken. Under a heat lamp for a long time. All for $10.00+! Complained and area manager (Collins) offered a free replacement. Asked for a refund as I no longer wish to patronize this place. Nothing back after a week.
