visited a day when they were severely short. it was just the poor manager and a new person he trained. but the manager was very apologetic and pleasant and offered us all free drinks while we waited. the last time I left, they made our order completely wrong. also after repeating the order to us 3 separate times. and we waited like 20 minutes for an incomplete and false order. we did not ask for a mayo, there was a disgusting amount mayo. we ordered a suppe and did not receive it at all. the schlotskys in Midlothian are the worst I've ever been.
