I stopped in on a super busy NFL football night and had amazing service. They were definitely busy and the place was packed and they handled it very well. The service and food was quicker and hotter and better than I had ever had it at any other BWW location that I’ve ever been to in the US. If I could rate this place a zero I would. Walked in got sat at the smallest coldest table possible. Waited for service, never got it. Another family walked in after us and got service before they sat down. We walked out. Tried to call and talk to a manager, waited over 5 minutes and that never happened either.
