Next to Navigli, relatively quiet, difficult to park around, Orsi is one of the oldest ice cream parlors in the neighborhood, with a nice open-air court with 1960-style tables and foosball fields. We ordered two small ices to go, and three out of four flavors were good or very good, and reasonably priced.
