Walked in. No-one inside to greet us. Some-one eventually came in from outside (who'd seen us arrive but was busy chatting to "the gardener" she then told us. She then walked into the kitchen with no welcome. I eventually had to walk back to their kitchen where I was abruptly told "orders are taken at the till".
