I see now why this location has a 1.5 star rating! The manager Lori is a crabby old bitty! We did an online order for the BOGO, credit card was charged but the order was lost in their system. I showed her the order from my phone and the charge on my card. She told me they do not honor the BOGO deal even though the app say they do! Which I showed her!
