I don?t ever send things back but I had to this time. The special was prime rib. I had to send it back TWICE. Not medium well but medium raw. Both baked potatoes in our group were under done. The broccoli was barely cooked. The steak and crab cake looked great but my guest couldn?t cut the steak or chew it without effort.
