Friendly staff, good food and beautiful ambiance...this place is perfect. The from-scratch lemonade is delicious and they put a big ice block in it so the ice lasts longer than regular ice. Most places would just give you a reheated hotdog on a bun but they buttered and grilled the bun and dog...nice touch. My fruit cup was made with actual fresh cut fruit...not stale canned fruit. The building is so beautiful and old. Amazing view of Houghtons Pond. I love that this is here so I can get snacks when I'm hanging out. I just wish the food was a little higher quality. The fries were flaccid and oily. And the ice cream was actually tasty, but freezing cold and in a styrofoam cup with a plastic soup spoon that cuts my lips. The man serving me did a great job.
