Went for the Wagyu, but the cuts were all of the lower quality, still ok but not the marbling I was looking for and requested. My wife ordered the fillet but they didn't have any. The steak was served rare on a hot plate as we got in most restaurants in Japan but the hot plate didn't stay hot for long View all feedback.
