Staff is great. Restaurant overall looks very clean as well as the restrooms. The food however lacks taste as it’s all bland. Where’s the citrus marinated chicken I grew up with what about those seasoned black beans where did they go?! The rice is a ball of sticky rice the yellow rice as well it’s as if they added no salt or a bit of oil to cook the rice. I was so disappointed pollo tropical is not what it used to be... Got there at 10:45 and they supposedly close at 11:00pm. But they didn't answer at the drive up...
