I come here very, very often probably 2-3times a week. Last week it was busy and we waited 3 times longer to even be acknowledged never mind waiting for our food, then I found a hair in my kids dish. They promptly replaced it. Ok. All of that is fine but here's the kicker. They still charged me for all the meals and I didn't get an apology. I expected at least my kids dish would have been free.
