Take out and delivery only. Friendly place. BEST Chicken wings and spring roles of any Chinese food place in the area. Large portions if you get the meal combos, good for two people or (yay) leftovers for later. Chili Chicken was dry and tasteless, with barely any vegetables and a random cucumber..Prices for lunch combo were fair but I wouldn't come back. Service was also not very friendly.
