We are regulars who order from this location on Reserve quite often. I can say with honesty that they go out of their way to make things right if they are wrong. This store is very short handed at no fault of their own and it is sometimes difficult to get driver's out but the staff there do their very best to accommodate. When you call the store number it directs you to a call center. I've never been treated with so much disrespect then I was from the lady who answered. I was screamed at and hung up on after after politely asking to speak with someone who could help merefund me my money as we were delivered the wrong order. Horrible service!
