I wished I were hungrier during my visit. I love burgers and wanted to try theirs but only had room for the pork tenderloin. The batter is light and flavorful. I wished the tenderloin would’ve been thicker. The sandwich is very competitively priced so I wouldn’t mind paying more for thicker tenderloin. If you've never had these, imagine either a Wiener Schnitzel or a Japanese Tonkatsu style thinly prepped pork, but fried like fish and chips.
