Leisurely breakfast in Mitchell, Oregon, before driving up Buck Point Road and across Big Summit Prairie back to Prineville. This was a great way to start the day. I wish I could give this place 3 1/2 stars because it was better than a 3 but not quite a 4. We all had burgers, the patties themselves were prepared very well and tasty, the buns were toasted nicely, however, I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger and it definitely was not Swiss cheese, it was more like a white American cheese, which really detracted from my enjoyment.
