I'm giving 4 stars only because of post covid situation and I feel this is generous. Evidently there is still a labor shortage. There were only 4 servers working at this place. I asked the hostess because it was about 45 minute wait and I counted at least 10 empty tables. My steak was bleeding and I had to send it back to kitchen. I asked for medium well. Decided to have lunch today (15 July 22) at Outback, As always the food was really good. The server was great. My wife said the burger was actually very good. Unfortunately, with whatever was going on in the kitchen, it took 2 hours to eat lunch with my family (5). It took one hour and fifteen minutes to get the food.
