What DiningGuide Reader doesn't like about Bass Street Chop House:
We were seated at 6:30 and at 8:20 left and never received our food! Service was terrible! We were out of all drinks (including water! for at least 1/2 hour. Our waiter ignored us, as he must have screwed up and didn 't put our food order in! The manager ARGUED with us on our way out, saying it Wasn 't Appleby 's ! Very unprofessional!!! Handled completely wrong. They missed out on a $400 bill! Not to mention the bad... View all feedback.
