I was invited for lunch at the Tierra Santa (Holy Land). The atmosphere was relaxing for a Sunday noon meal. Nice music in the background, attentive waitstaff, and very good rib eye steak. I generally do not like to eat steak in Mexican restaurants because the cultural cut is a very thin steak, like milanesa-not my choice. However, being so close to the Texas border the restaurant has adopted the thick 3' rib eye. View all feedback.
