We tried Second Cup for a coffee and pastry. The coffee was rich and not too strong. We loved it. The pastries left something to be desired. I can't remember the name of the pastry my wife tried (maybe it was called an oat cake) but it tasted like nothing and had the consistency of a hockey puck made of sawdust.
