That was the driest meat I've ever had in my life. I asked for moist brisket, and they still served me lean. Even then, it was so dry I almost choked on it. The sides were the star of the 2 meat combo. Whereas the meat should have been the star. The sausage was just as dry as the brisket. I can't stand BBQ locally in the South East side of Houston.
