they can make the vegetarian galeette vegan if they ask without parmesan. but it was tasteless and very pricy. dessert is included, but they have nothing vegan and were not interested in doing something just for us. even if we didn't dessert, they paid us the full price. the whole family was still very hungry after dinner.
