This has been my favorite deli in town since I've lived here. The Italian style sandwiches are really tasty. But what makes Sal's stand out is how many healthy options they have. If you normally dread eating salads, this place makes them a lot more interesting and filling, using ingredients like quinoa and farro along with seasonal squash, green beans, and other cooked veggies along with good dressings.
