I've eaten a lot there since they opened up. I've never been thrown in to give an exact account of the dunes in the atmosphere but the food is always accurate and tastes great. the sushi reels are my fave (especially the Southside reel) next to the Hibachi Shrine. good portions for the price. troy has always been nice and worthy. Interesting menu. Sushi is all deep fried and they have 5 options so it’s pretty scaled back and in a way Americanized. No raw options. I probably ordered the wrong item…. got the sweet and sour chicken and it was heavy batter, deep fried chicken with the sauce on the side for dipping or pouring over maybe?
