We had filet mignon and brussel sprouts. Steak was cooked to perfection, medium rare. Great quality steak, like slicing into butter. The brussel sprouts were pretty amazing too! You definitely have to try them! Nothing like you can get anywhere else! I've been a few times when it was Prime 101, and I'm glad I came back to try Prime Bistro. Thought this would be a nice place, seemed high end, it was not. Chicken was dry which is hard to do when it is a leg/thigh, zucchini was good. Potatoes served with my steak so hot they burned my mouth. That along with children of the owner or waitress running around made this a spot I would not try again.
