The tables were relatively clean, fries were fresh and warm, the burgers tasted good — which is more than you can say at other locations — and the staff were easy to work with. Food is just barely enough to meet basic definition of the word, customer service is absolutely garbage on a good day, and they have a strong tendency to leave things out of your order like clockwork.
