We called ahead and placed our order so it would be ready when we got there. My cheese calzone was burnt and they offered to remake it but I just got a refund instead. Was surprised they could even hand over a burnt calzone to a paying customer. Maybe because they thought we would just be picking up to take home that we wouldn’t have noticed.
