I will begin this review by saying that our party of 4 consisted of 3 company directors and a leader of the right chambers all in our 40s. we were not intoxicated louts or loudly wounded tourist, but when we asked to sit on an outdoor table during a small French festival on this small square, we were told flat that they did not want English in their restaurant.
