I phoned after noon to order lasagna-I ordered it once before and it was super!! The lasagna that arrived was ice cold-had been sitting somewhere for quite a while and the cheese was one hard mass on top- and the pita chip things they are famous for came in a soggy lump-went right into the garbage.The salad was warm and had almost no dressing or maybe there was none-it also went into the trash.
