This was my third stay at Bloom. The menu is fabulous and each time it's a real treat. The acoustics of the restaurant are very problematic. The ceiling is low, all surfaces are parallel, and the walls are solid. This is a small Chinese restaurant that serves Chinese and Japanese food. Chinese family including the children is there, cookibg and eating and ocializing at the same time. Place is not clean. Staff does not seem clean either. It was a hot summer and they have no airconditioning. Raw meat and fish were just out on the table in a heat, not in a cold place.
