very nice sports bar/ restaurant, sports sports sports on all the tvs can be boring when there is no game on. Bar has a nice separation from restaurant side but we like to sit on the bar side. We visited Hoops during a visit to Niagara Falls. It was a Sunday evening and the place was empty. I have no complaints with the service; however, the food was terrible. My husband and I both ordered 1 lb of wings (mild for me, honey garlic for him) with fries and veggies. The carrot sticks were limp and the veggie dip was awful.
