Zero customer service and stale coffee! If you absolutely need Eight O’Clock coffee, buy it anywhere but the source: I ordered 6 packs of Central Highlands from Eight O’Clock via their website and every pack had an expiration date of only 3 months away, compared to a pack purchased at ShopRite which I’d had for 2 months already, but was several months fresher.
