Get place to visit Staff are always friendly and helpful. Have experienced 2 trips on the polar express with our toddler who cannot get enough of this experience. Heartless company. Do not support them. My Dad was admitted to the ICU on life support the day we were supposed to attend the Polar Express with our kids.
