I had to wait 30 minutes before the pick-up time because they told me they sold their chickens, although I ordered in advance and arrived on time. if they mess up on their timing up to 30 min and do not communicate until I wait 20 min, then they say at least sorry and throw a freebie as compensation. nice eating, but I won't recommend it to others.
