The fish was packaged superbly. And the fish very meaty. I would have preferred a bit more seasoning however for steamed red snapper. My past orders of steamed red snapper were always delicious( fish seasoned and steamed well) so this was the first exception. Fish N Tings is known for their steamed fish so I will be ordering again.
