Don't know what's going on with the evening shift.. But they ALL need retrained in service/ keeping fresh food available/manner's/ understanding what the customer is ordering. On 10-13-22 at 5:30 my son went down to get a hot spicy chickensandwich.. first they didn't have the chicken.. And the it was they didn't have the spicy sauce... Retrain YOUR people!! Took 15 till we ordered ... 12 minutes till we got our orders.... Really great fries!! Sandwich...
Food was hot and we got it fast there was basically no waiting.
