Popped in here on a snowy winter day for a quick lunch. I ordered the vegi fresh roll and the Guay Tiew Tom Yum (kind of like a pork sweet and sour soup with noodles). The staff was friendly and attentive. The fresh rolls were excellent and well crafted though the accompanying peanut sauce was a little generic. The soup was hot and everything was cooked very well. I’ve been here 3 times and will finally give up on this place. It’s definitely not the best pad Thai in Murfreesboro, probably not even 4th best, but they have good curry. I normally can take a good level of spice, but when I ordered a soup, the spice burned the back of my throat like I’ve never experience before.
